Rocket Food is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Sustainability Executive to join its dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career looking to develop within a prestigious luxury hospitality and events brand. The role offers broad exposure across both marketing and sustainability, working closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborating across multiple areas of the business.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, highly organised and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in sustainability and responsible business practices. Previous ESG experience is not essential — the team is looking for someone curious, engaged and excited to learn more about sustainability within the hospitality sector. Personality and attitude are key. This role requires someone bubbly, positive and articulate, who enjoys building relationships across teams and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A genuine passion for food, hospitality and creative experiences is equally important.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting day-to-day marketing activity across the business
- Drafting engaging social media content, newsletters and articles
- Assisting with pitches, proposals and presentations
- Supporting photoshoots and content creation, including reels and behind-the-scenes features
- Maintaining brand standards, imagery and tone of voice
- Producing digital marketing reports and campaign analysis
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and related reporting
- Managing sustainability databases, spreadsheets and supplier credentials
- Tracking supplier sustainability metrics and compliance information
- Working collaboratively with chefs, finance teams and event managers
- Occasionally supporting at events and external activations
- 1–3 years’ experience within marketing, hospitality or a creative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, proactive and highly organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Bubbly, personable and confident working cross-functionally
- A genuine foodie with a passion for hospitality and events
- Interested in learning more about sustainability and responsible business practices
