We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our hospitality team in Canary Wharf. This is a Monday to Friday role offering a strong work life balance within a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Production preparation and service of a high quality hospitality offer
  • Delivering a varied menu including breakfast service, hot and cold lunches, sandwiches and salads
  • Preparation and service of fine dining menus, canapés and bowl food events
  • Maintaining high food standards and presentation at all times
  • Supporting hospitality events and bespoke catering requests

Requirements:

  • Strong classical cooking background
  • Passionate, reliable and dedicated team player
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
