We are seeking an organised and confident Assistant Hospitality Manager to support our hospitality operations across three London sites. This role offers fantastic variety and the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while delivering a high-quality service in a polished corporate environment.

Working closely with the Hospitality Manager, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across small team setups. Catering is delivered in, with an offering that includes hospitality sandwiches, occasional fine dining, corporate events, and butler-style service when required.

You will be hands-on and proactive, supporting a wide range of operational tasks such as:

  • Coordination of staff rotas and team support
  • Health & safety compliance and documentation
  • Stock management and ordering
  • Liaising with suppliers and facilities for maintenance needs
  • Consistently upholding service and presentation standards

As a client-facing role, you'll act as the professional point of contact for guests and internal stakeholders, ensuring a warm and seamless service experience at all times.
