About the Site
A free-issue site serving around 300 clients daily across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- 4 Micro Kitchens and 8 tea points.
- 1 Barista Bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and support daily operations across Café service, Barista Bar and Micro Kitchens
- Support the Hospitality department when required
- Lead the team on shift, delegating tasks effectively
- Place orders via Foodbuy for FOH Café and Micro Kitchens
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance and accurate allergen display
- Support menu design and publishing
- Deliver training and ongoing team development
- Lead daily pre-service briefings
