We are seeking an exceptional, strategic and operational leader to oversee a complex, high‑profile contract spanning 9 sites and a team of approximately 250. This is a high‑energy, multifaceted environment bringing together hospitality, elevated workplace dining, bespoke catering, events, and pantry services — where creativity, adaptability and exceptional standards are simply the norm!
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership across 9 sites, ensuring seamless delivery at scale
- Rapidly develop and execute clear, actionable plans — bringing strategy to life with pace and precision
- Drive innovation across food concepts, responding to frequent bespoke menu requests
- Act as a trusted partner to the client, confidently pivoting in line with evolving direction
- Lead change management initiatives across a complex, fast‑moving contract

- Remain calm, decisive, and solutions‑focused under pressure
