Restaurant Associates UK is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead a busy workplace dining operation in Canary Wharf, London, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. You will drive quality, consistency and presentation across four counters and a deli, serving ~800 lunches daily.
You’ll coach a kitchen team, manage costing, stock and waste, and continuously improve the food and service while maintaining HACCP and allergen controls.
