Restaurant Associates at Hatfield House is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef across multiple venues, delivering high-quality dishes for visitors and events. You will help lead kitchen operations, manage a team, and ensure excellent food safety and service standards.
The role is full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week over five days with some evenings, including overtime paid over 40 hours.
