EXECUTIVE CHEF — WE NEED A GAME CHANGER
Full-time | Grazing HQ | London
At Grazing, food is at the heart of everything we do — and now, we’re looking for someone to lead that heart.
We’re on the hunt for an Executive Chef with big ideas, strong hands-on leadership, and a hunger to push boundaries. This isn’t about standing at the pass shouting orders — it’s about owning our culinary vision, driving innovation, building a world-class team, and making sure the food is always on point — whether it’s for 10 VIPs or 1,000 hungry office workers.
This is your chance to take the reins and reshape the food culture of a fast-growing, ambitious hospitality business.
YOUR MISSION
- Be the strategic force behind all food output — across our Central Production Kitchen, workplace dining, events and delivery services.
- Lead and empower our kitchen brigade with clarity, purpose, and positivity.
- Inspire creativity and consistency — every menu, every plate, every time.
- Set standards and drive excellence, not just in food but in systems, compliance, training and team culture.
- Work closely with leadership to shape a future-proof, flavour-first, commercially savvy kitchen operation.
YOU BRING
- 3+ years at Exec Chef / senior multi-site Head Chef level.
- Experience in high-volume, multi-channel food production (B&I, events, CPU).
- Killer leadership skills — firm when needed, inspiring always.
- Sharp commercial acumen — from GP management to supplier negotiations.
- Expert knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen compliance.
- Menu development chops that balance creativity, practicality and wow-factor.
- A cool head, a warm heart, and a hands-on attitude.
YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU…
- Think like a leader but never act like you’re above washing a dish.
- Love building teams and cultures that feel like home.
- Are obsessed with raising the bar — creatively, commercially, operationally.
- Balance structure and spontaneity like a pro.
- Want to shape the next chapter of a growing food brand that does things differently.
This isn’t just a job. It’s a leadership role with real influence.
If you’re ready to take a thriving food operation and turn it into something exceptional, we want to hear from you.
We’re Grazing: food that works hard, plays nice, and always hits the spot.
