Contract Director – F1 Hospitality (Commutable to London, with Global Travel)
Ready to lead world-class hospitality with an outstanding high performing team? We are looking for a Contract Director to oversee catering operations globally, for trackside season!
You’ll manage high-profile contracts, lead an elite hospitality team, and ensure exceptional service delivery – from the planning board to the pit lane. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, so a pro-active attitude is a must.
The role has as salary of £75,000 – £85,000 dependant on experience
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all contractual obligations and day-to-day catering operations
- Recruit, train and manage a high performing hospitality team
- Ensure full health, safety and hygiene compliance
- Manage global sourcing, logistics and staffing schedules
- Collaborate on performance focused, dietary compliant menus
- Monitor budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, without comprising on quality
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years in high-performance hospitality/events
- Strong leadership, logistics, and commercial acumen
- Calm under pressure, highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail
