We’re looking for a confident, personable Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead our busy weekday coffee bars in the heart of Canary Wharf. If you’re passionate about great coffee, love bringing people together, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the barista team, creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere
- Maintain high standards of service and product quality
- Work confidently with digital systems and POS tills
- Ensure smooth daily operations, from opening routines to stock control
- Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Barista training and hands-on coffee bar experience
- Experience using digital POS tills
- A natural team motivator with a calm, confident presence
- Coffee certification is a bonus, but not essential
