We are seeking a talented and reliable Hospitality Chef de Partie to join a high-profile international financial institution in Canary Wharf.

This is a busy, multi-faceted hospitality operation delivering a la carte/set menu, daily sandwiches and working breakfasts plus evening events!

Everything is freshly prepared in-house using high-quality ingredients, within a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a professional, supportive team environment!

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Running your own section confidently in a busy hospitality kitchen
  • Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes daily
  • Producing sandwiches, working breakfasts, buffets, and canapés
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Supporting stock control and assisting with menu ideas and daily specials
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in hospitality or contract catering
  • Willingness to support or step into Commis-level tasks when required
  • Strong all-round cooking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good pastry knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Excellent knife skills and solid food knowledge
  • Calm and organised under pressure in a busy environment
  • Flexible, team-focused attitude – happy to jump on wherever needed
