Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days per week (evenings & weekends required)

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, following the guidance of the head chef.
- Work across various sections and support kitchen operations.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver consistently outstanding service.
- Ensure food is handled and stored at the correct temperatures in accordance with food handling and hygiene regulations.
- Record and dispose of food waste appropriately and keep work areas clean.
