  • Lead the delivery of digital marketing initiatives, customer engagement platforms, and new technology projects.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to continuously improve results.
  • Coordinate suppliers and external partners to deliver high‑quality marketing materials and event support.
  • Manage projects from concept through to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

About You

  • Previous experience in a marketing role within foodservice, hospitality, retail, leisure, or a customer-centric environment.
  • A genuine passion for food, drink, and customer experience.
  • Confident working in a client‑facing environment with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Creative mindset combined with commercial awareness and a data‑driven approach.
  • Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of photography, social content creation, and short‑form video editing would be advantageous.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
