We are looking for a talented and highly organised Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in a hospitality-led environment just a short walk from Bank Station. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food across multiple simultaneous events, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
- Prepare and deliver a variety of high-quality hospitality events
- Manage multiple functions simultaneously while maintaining standards
- Lead and inspire a team of 14 kitchen staff
- Uphold all food hygiene, health, and safety requirements
- Maintain effective stock control and kitchen organisation
