About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at a dynamic hospitality and retail venue in Canary Wharf. This exciting role oversees food quality and kitchen operations across Hospitality and Retail, including two busy coffee bars.
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing and supporting both the Head Chef for Retail and the Head Chef for Hospitality, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistently outstanding food standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across hospitality and retail outlets
- Manage and mentor Head Chefs in retail and hospitality settings
- Develop and maintain high-quality menus that reflect our brand and customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
- Control food costs, stock management, and kitchen budgets
- Foster a positive, motivated, and productive kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef with leadership responsibilities
- Passionate about food quality, creativity, and operational excellence
- Strong leadership and team management skills, able to inspire and develop others
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Knowledge of both hospitality and retail food operations an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities effectively
