Operating Monday to Friday, the sites include 4 restaurants and 10 micro-kitchens/tea points, supported by a team of approximately 55 colleagues. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Restaurant Managers, providing oversight, structure, and leadership across daily service and long-term planning.

This role suits someone with strong operational experience who is passionate about food, understands current food trends, and enjoys developing people in a fast-paced environment. Candidates from a restaurant or multi-site hospitality background are very welcome.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee daily breakfast and lunch operations across both sites
  • Ensure allergen processes and briefings are followed to the highest standard
  • Support Restaurant Managers with service standards and team leadership
  • Take responsibility for budget management and cost control
  • Lead health & safety compliance and best practice
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing people development
  • Manage HR-related activity including meetings, engagement, and performance support
  • Plan and deliver pop-ups, cultural events, and EIG-led celebrations
  • Work collaboratively with culinary teams to reflect food trends and innovation

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing large, diverse teams in hospitality or food service
  • A strong people leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
  • A “foodie” mindset with an understanding of food trends and guest expectations
  • Commercial awareness with confidence managing budgets and performance
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple outlets
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and open to learning and progression

We ensure you’re rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:

  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Grow your career with our Career Pathways and MyLearning programmes
  • Quick access for you and your immediate family to a Digital GP, and wider healthcare benefits
  • Exclusive travel discounts with TUI, Expedia, Booking.com and many more
  • Save money on your food shop with discounts on Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and many more
  • Up to 44% off cinema tickets to enjoy your favourite blockbuster
