Exciting opportunity for a Head Chef! Immediate start. Live in available with a stunning sea view. Based in Anglesey, we are looking for an experienced Head Chef to manage a team of 8-10 for a very busy Restaurant and Deli.

A completely fresh kitchen serving small plates of fresh, local seafood and meat as well as a Neapolitan pizza and homemade sandwich menu, so experience working with dough would be preferable. The menu is designed by a very experienced owner and chef with autonomy to create specials from the incredible locally sourced produce from the area.

Potential for a temporary position to cover the summer until September, but ideally looking for a full-time, long-term candidate. The business also has a renowned sister restaurant in London, so progression opportunities within the business will also be available for the right person.
