About Us
Restassure AI Ltd is an early‑stage London startup building AI‑native consumer products for the UK market. We are behind two firsts:
- Restassure — the UK's first AI‑powered manual navigation and venue‑discovery system, helping people find and explore places through intelligent, conversational guidance.
- Venu — the UK's first AI‑powered dating app, reimagining how people connect through smart matching and curated real‑world experiences.
We are now assembling a founding team and preparing to raise from VCs and angel investors as a group.
The Role
We are seeking a Technical Co‑Founder to own the product and engineering vision across both platforms. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role for a builder who can architect, code, and design — and grow into leading a technical team as we scale.
This is a hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end product development across web and mobile.
- Architect scalable, AI‑driven systems and own key technical decisions.
- Translate product vision into clean, intuitive UI/UX and design.
- Build and iterate rapidly toward product‑market fit.
- Contribute to fundraising as a founding team member and technical voice.
Who You Are
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering and modern coding practices.
- Genuine design sensibility — you care about how products look and feel, not just how they work.
- Studied at one of the following Universities: Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, UCL, Imperial.
- Experience with AI/ML, consumer apps, or early‑stage product building is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial, fast‑moving, and excited to build a company from the ground up.
Compensation
This is an equity‑based co‑founder role. Equity stake will be discussed and negotiated during the interview process.
