We are looking for an experienced and strategic Internal Talent Manager to lead our internal recruitment and talent development agenda. This is a pivotal role responsible for building a future‑ready workforce, enabling internal mobility, and developing leadership pipelines that support long‑term growth. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Succession Planning & Workforce Planning
- Lead organisation-wide Succession Planning activity, ensuring strong pipelines for critical roles
- Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business growth objectives
- Facilitate Career Conversations and provide insight into internal talent movement and progression
- Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all non‑contact centre agent roles, from entry‑level to senior leadership
- Utilise direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking to attract high‑calibre talent
- Deliver a high‑quality, inclusive recruitment process
- Internal Mobility & Talent Development
- Design and implement strategies to maximise internal progression and retention
- Build and manage talent pipelines and high‑potential programmes
- Create structured career pathways aligned to business needs
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders
- Influence hiring and talent decisions through data and insight
