This is an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer position with a building services and engineering practice based in central London with the project diversity that location suggests.
The day-to-day mix runs HVAC system design, plant strategy, compliance work across Part L and Part F, and the coordination needed to make a mechanical scheme deliverable inside a multi-disciplinary team.
Tools you would expect: Revit, Hevacomp or IES, Auto CAD, Bluebeam for coordination.
Two to five years of UK consultancy experience as the baseline.
You can hold pieces of work without close oversight, and you are progressing toward Chartership rather than waiting to be told to start.
