If most of your BIM coordination work these days is spent chasing other people's models rather than building them yourself, this role is built to put you back in front of Revit. This is a London based MEP consultancy with an established BIM capability, working on live mechanical and electrical projects that rely on genuinely coordinated, federated models rather than ones patched together at the last minute. The brief here is specific: a hands on modeller who coordinates projects independently, manages federated models directly, runs clash detection, and keeps Revit standards consistent across a project, not someone who manages the process from a distance while everyone else does the modelling.
Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.
If you'd rather be in the model than in a meeting about the model, that is exactly what this role is for.
You'll work across live mechanical and electrical schemes, keeping information management and model quality consistent from one project to the next. The role is based in the office, with flexibility built in rather than written rigidly into a contract: more than half the team already works from home on Fridays, and the wider approach to remote working reflects how common it now is across BIM roles.
You'll get 25 days holiday plus a pension contribution on top of salary. xohmjla Salary is between Β£45,000 and Β£50,000.
If this sounds like your kind of role, send your CV over and we'll talk through the detail.
