This role hands you real ownership: leading electrical design packages from concept through to completion, sitting in on client meetings as the technical authority, and having genuine input into how projects are resourced and delivered. Whether you come in as an Associate ready to prove you can carry Principal level responsibility, or you already operate at that level and want a practice that will back you, there is room here to grow into the role rather than be boxed into a fixed job description.The team is small enough that your input matters and large enough that you are never the only senior voice in the room.
