Based in Oxford, with the project mix that location should support and the team to make use of it. This is an Associate Mechanical Engineer position with a building services and engineering practice based in Oxford, with project reach across the Thames Valley. The day-to-day mix runs HVAC system design, plant strategy, compliance work across Part L and Part F, and the coordination needed to make a mechanical scheme deliverable inside a multi-disciplinary team. Revit, Hevacomp or IES, AutoCAD, Bluebeam for coordination. You are operating at associate level, leading multi-disciplinary projects and managing engineers. You hold client relationships, shape the technical output of the team, and contribute to the commercial side of the practice as well as the design.
