Overview
In this role you own BIM coordination across live mechanical and electrical projects, working directly with design engineers to shape how models and documentation come together. You will move BIM coordination upstream, influencing digital construction standards as the team grows. This is a collaborative, specialist role within a long-established practice that values proactive input on project information structure. You’ll contribute to a culture where BIM is a core discipline, not an afterthought.
Pay / Benefits
- salary £45,000–£60,000
- hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home)

Responsibilities
- Own BIM coordination across live MEP projects
- Work directly with design engineers to input into model structure and documentation
- Lead clash detection and resolution within projects
- Influence and help develop the practice's digital construction standards
- Integrate BIM processes across each project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve model delivery quality
