Overview
In this London-based MEP consultancy, you will be a hands-on Revit modeller focusing on federated model coordination for live mechanical and electrical schemes. You’ll run clash detection and maintain consistent BIM standards across projects, ensuring information quality from project to project. The role is model-first and office-based with flexible remote Fridays, offering a practical, impactful path to improve model reliability. Responsibilities
- Coordinate federated BIM models directly on live MEP projects
- Run clash detection to ensure model integrity
- Maintain and enforce Revit standards across projects

- Operate primarily from the office with flexible remote working
- Manage and integrate models to avoid last-minute patching
