What you need now is a consultancy that will hand you the project and get out of the way. The firm is a national MEP consultancy of more than two hundred people, design led and serious about net zero carbon, with live work across healthcare, education, residential, commercial, industrial and pharmaceutical schemes.
Its East of England studio is growing, and the senior mechanical engineer it hires will lead schemes in their own right: healthcare, education, residential and industrial projects with low-carbon design at the core. You act as project leader, present to clients, attend principal meetings and guide the junior engineers on your jobs, carrying schemes from inception to completion.
The practice works a 36.25 hour week under an agile framework, promotes from within and supports chartership through CIBSE.
