This position is built differently. You will lead electrical design packages end to end, work directly with clients rather than through a layer of management, and mentor more junior engineers as the team expands. It is a role for someone who wants the next few years to look different from the last few, with a clear route toward Associate level for the right person.The studio favours engineers who take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do next, and hybrid working is available for people who want to balance studio time with flexibility.
