The Position offers an opportunity to work for an independently owned Consultancy covering the London market. You will work on projects in various sectors such as commercial, education, and high-end residential projects. The suitable candidate needs to have strong experience in design and be proficient in Revit.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing conceptual designs of HVAC systems, pipework systems, and plant sizing
- Being responsible for equipment selection/calculations
- Developing clear and concise drawings, specifications, and product schedules to define mechanical systems
Due to the size and nature of the business, there will be huge potential to grow and develop your career as the business continues to grow. You'll work from home 90% of the time, excluding site visits and the odd client meeting.
