The Position

This is an opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding Design & Build Contractor with projects across the globe. As a Design & Build Contractor, they offer a full package to their clients, including finding land to build on and maintenance plans afterward. This role involves working on Data Centre projects, and no previous experience in data centres is required. The suitable candidate needs to have at least 2 years of building services experience and a desire to progress to Intermediate, Senior, and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing conceptual designs of HVAC systems, pipework systems, and chilled water systems.
  • Responsible for equipment selection/calculations.
  • Developing clear and concise drawings, specifications, and product schedules to define mechanical systems.
