- Lead and grow the Building Services Engineering function, setting strategic direction and ensuring technical excellence across MEP and low-carbon design.
- Oversee project delivery and team performance, driving quality, profitability, and a culture of mentoring and accountability.
- Strengthen client relationships and business development, securing repeat work and supporting sustainable growth.
- Provide technical and design leadership on complex projects, particularly in energy efficiency and emerging technologies.
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement to maintain the team’s position at the forefront of design.

- Chartered Building Services Engineer (e.g. CEng MCIBSE) or equivalent with extensive experience in consultancy delivery across multiple sectors.
