The Role
- Lead structural engineering design and delivery across complex new-build and refurbishment projects
- Take responsibility for the technical quality, coordination and integration of structural work
- Prepare and review calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation
- Coordinate with architects, clients, contractors and multidisciplinary consultants throughout project stages
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Attend design meetings, client presentations and construction stage reviews
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes and sustainable design objectives
- Contribute to project resourcing, risk management and programme delivery
