Duties & responsibilities:
- Configuration of devices
- Repair assessments - viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing fault
- Fault Finding and plan of action to resolve problems
- Fitting of new parts to repair product
- Testing of product to ensure returned to full working order
These repairs can be across a range of Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets & Smartphones (Apple & Android).
Key Skills and requirements:
- Previous experience and knowledge of repairs and operating systems is preferred although full on the job training will be given.
- Strong Organisation skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Time management skills as deadlines need to be met.
Hours: 08:30 - 16:30. With option overtime available.
Pay: £12.71 Depends on experience
Location: Swindon
Terms: Temp to Perm
Start date: ASAP
