CATERING SUPERVISOR
Responsive Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our clients team in Swindon on a temp-to-perm basis.
Location: SN1
Night Shift: 23:00 – 05:00
Pay: £14.00 – £14.50 per hour
Temp to Perm
Previous catering/supervisory experience required
The Role
We’re looking for a confident and reliable Catering Supervisor who can lead a team during the night shift and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and food safety are maintained.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising and supporting the catering team
- Ensuring smooth running of the night shift
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Managing workloads and delegating tasks
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
About You:
- Previous catering supervisory experience is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organised and hands-on
- Comfortable working independently during night hours
- Food hygiene knowledge/certification is desirable
