Kiosk/Catering Assistant
Location: Oxford, OX4
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Ad hoc, primarily during home games
About the Role
Responsive Personnel looking for Kiosk/Catering Assistants to join our match day team in Oxford (OX4). This is a flexible, ad hoc role, working during home games to provide excellent food and beverage service to supporters in a fast-paced stadium environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving food and beverages to customers efficiently and professionally.
- Operating tills and handling cash/card transactions accurately.
- Preparing and replenishing food and drink items.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
- Assisting with stock replenishment throughout the event.
- Following all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Working effectively as part of a busy catering team.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible match day shifts.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous catering, hospitality, or retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
