We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our client’s kitchen, delivering exceptional dishes using the finest fresh, seasonal produce.

Job Title: Head Chef
Location: South Cerney
Salary: £38000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 5 of 7 including weekends and school holidays.

About the Venue
Our client set in the beautiful surroundings of South Cerney. Being part of the senior leadership team, leading a team of up to 9/10 people in peak to 5 permanent chefs throughout winter. Covering from (Apply online only) covers.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Head Chef who:

Has a passion for crafting exceptional menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Possesses strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team of chefs.

Can develop and implement seasonal menus, maintaining high culinary standards.

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment.

Ensures excellent food presentation and consistency.

Has experience managing kitchen operations, including stock control, health & safety, and cost management.

Is a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
