Pay: £12.71 per hour (This role is starting from 1st September 2026) Responsive Personnel are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team in Andover.
This is a full-time role offering consistent weekday hours with no weekend work.
Your day-to-day duties will include either picking customer orders accurately or packing products ready for dispatch, ensuring all orders are prepared to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Picking products using pick lists or handheld scanners.
Packing orders safely and accurately.
Checking items for quality and accuracy.
Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch.
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
Following all health and safety procedures.

Reliability and punctuality.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
