Job Description
Location: Swindon, SN2
Shift & Hours: Monday – Friday – 09:00 – 17:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour
As a Goods Inwards / Outwards operative you will be responsible for the efficient flow of customer devicesin and out of our Repair Centre, Ensuring devices are booked in and shipped back out in a timely and accurate manner.
The role requires manual handling of crates and boxes and booking units in and shipping units back out usingour CRM System and arranging the pickup and delivery of devices using our courier software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual handling of crates and boxes through the Repair Centre
- Booking devices into the Repair Centre using our CRM System
- Unpacking devices from our delivery and distributing deliveries to the correct
teams.
- Cleaning, packing & shipping devices to our customers ensuring it meets our clients' requirements.
Key Requirements:
- To be a good proactive team player.
- A good understanding of the English language.
- The ability to be accurate first time, as it's a fast based department.
- Good general IT Skills including use of CRM Systems.
- Ability to be on your feet all day and to be able to move boxes and crates around.
