Hotel Night Porter
Location: SN7 area
Hours: 22:30 – 06:30
Working Pattern: 5 nights out of 7
Pay: £13.50 per hour
About the Role
Responsive Personnel are looking for a reliable and professional Hotel Night Porter to join our clients team. You will be responsible for ensuring the hotel operates smoothly throughout the night, providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests.
This is a temp role and experience is key!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests arriving or departing during the night
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests
- Carry out regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel
- Monitor the premises and report any issues or incidents
- Answer telephone calls and take messages when required
- Keep reception and public areas clean and tidy
- Assist with general overnight hotel duties
- Complete any required paperwork, reports or handover notes
- Prepare the hotel for the morning team
- Follow all health, safety and security procedures
About You

- Comfortable working independently during night hours

- Calm under pressure with good attention to detail
- Confident communicating with guests and colleagues
- Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks
Previous hotel or night-working experience is needed.
