Event Staff Location: Lyneham, Wiltshire Job Type: Temporary / Part-Time / Flexible Hours Salary: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour The Role Responsive Personnel are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Event Staff to join our team in Lyneham. This role involves supporting a variety of events, including corporate functions, exhibitions, festivals, sporting events, and private gatherings. Successful candidates will help ensure events run smoothly while providing excellent customer service to guests and clients. Key Responsibilities Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including moving equipment, furniture, and signage. Welcoming guests and providing information and assistance throughout events. Managing registration desks, ticket checking, and guest entry points. Supporting catering and hospitality teams when required. Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of event areas. Directing attendees and helping manage queues and crowd flow. Following health and safety procedures at all times. Responding professionally to customer enquiries and resolving issues where appropriate. Working collaboratively with event managers and other team members. Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Ability to work well as part of a team. Desirable Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or retail. Full UK driving licence and own transport.
