Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading site service company who are expanding their teams across the UK due to business growth and are looking for Site Labourers with driving licences to join their team on a permanent basis.
Location: Tunbridge (TN2)
Hours: Start times from 6am
Pay: £110 - £130 per day
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites to offload and position goods into the correct houses and flats
- Ensure all work is carried out professionally, safely, and efficiently
- Take photographic evidence of completed jobs to confirm successful delivery and setup
- Communicate clearly and professionally with site teams and clients
- Be willing to collect your co-working labourer on route to site
Prior to starting, you will need to attend a 5-day training course. This will be paid training at £400 plus a fuel allowance of £0.25 per mile to reach the training location.
Essential Qualifications Experience:
- Valid CSCS card – must be CITB Certified
- Access to your own vehicle is essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
- Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams
