Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated Class 2 Drivers to deliver food products safely, efficiently, and on time to customers. Working as part of a 2 man team you will be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are completed in line with health and safety regulations, maintaining a high level of customer service, and upholding the values of the company.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Class 2 Drivers to join their team.
Role Details:
- 7pm start β until finish. (job and knock)
- Guaranteed 45 hour week minimum.
- Β£16.50ph.
- 2 man team.
- Temp β perm.
- Immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and Timely Delivery: Operate a Class 2 vehicle to deliver frozen and chilled food products to a variety of restaurants & kitchens, ensuring that deliveries are completed within the allocated time frame.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working order. Report any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with customers and delivering products to the highest standard. Address any customer queries or concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Load Management: Ensure all products are loaded, unloaded, and secured correctly within the vehicle. Be responsible for the integrity of the products during transport.
- Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to all road traffic regulations, company policies, and health and safety guidelines. Ensure the vehicleβs temperature controls are set correctly to maintain product quality.
- Documentation: Complete all relevant paperwork, including delivery notes, inspection reports, and delivery confirmations. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and other drivers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (C) Driving License β Novice drivers welcome.
- Valid CPC.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Good physical fitness to handle the demands of loading/unloading deliveries.
Desirable:
- Experience in operating temperature-controlled vehicles (chilled/frozen goods).
- Knowledge of local roads and routes.
