Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Swindon
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Swindon. Whether you're an experienced recruiter or someone with a strong sales or customer-focused background looking to break into the industry, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Responsive Personnel, your role will be varied and fast-paced. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Source, interview, and place candidates into suitable roles
- Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
- Provide an outstanding service to both clients and candidates
- Achieve individual and team targets (with commission rewards)
- Attend client visits to understand their recruitment needs
- Maintain accurate records using our internal systems
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
- A full UK driving licence
