Warehouse Administrator to join their busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The site is conveniently accessible by local bus routes , making it ideal for candidates who rely on public transport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out daily warehouse administration tasks.
  • Managing stock records and supporting regular stock takes.
  • Processing and updating warehouse documentation accurately.
  • Supporting picking operations and ensuring orders are processed correctly.
  • Liaising with warehouse staff to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Updating internal systems with stock movements and order information.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse administration role.
  • Experience carrying out stock takes and stock control.
  • Knowledge of warehouse picking processes.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Experience using Mintsoft is highly desirable , although not essential.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
