Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading u PVC manufacturing company who are looking for a General Operative to join their team.

As a General Operative, you will be working alongside the rest of the warehouse & production teams to ensure the day to day up-keep of the facility.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.

Salary

  • Your General Operative responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • Ensuring the warehouse & production areas are kept clean, tidy and free of debris.
  • Scanning goods into the warehouse on arrival from manufacturers.
  • Following manual handling procedures.
  • Assisting with the manufacturing of components when required.
  • Loading / unloading vehicles.

General Operative Experience & Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience of working in a warehouse / production environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication & organisation skills.
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence would be an advantage but not essential.
