Responsiv are looking for a Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our marketing function and help drive the next stage of growth. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you will shape how we show up in the market, researching our audience, sharpening our messaging, and planning and delivering campaigns that generate interest, build credibility, and create real opportunities for the business. You will produce engaging content, manage our presence across channels, and turn ideas into activity that supports sales and strengthens the Responsiv brand. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, and Consulting, to ensure our marketing messaging is aligned to our business priorities as well as managing external partners and suppliers when needed. In short: you'll be the person steering Responsiv's marketing direction, focus, and output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research the market and report on trends, challenges, and opportunities that drive the marketing strategy and focus.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content and copy for various channels including website, email, social media, blogs, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Develop, plan, execute, and measure marketing activities across multiple channels to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand growth.
  • Create, post, and schedule content to the Responsiv website and social channels (LinkedIn and X).
  • Lead campaign planning, messaging, and positioning, including account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse metrics to determine the effectiveness of marketing activities and adapt as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Consulting) and coordinate external suppliers and partners including IBM.
  • Planning and managing company social activities, including the Christmas Party, monthly pub lunch, and quarterly socials.
About You

As an experienced marketer, we expect you to have the following skills and experience.

Must Have:
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within software, technology, or professional services.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content for different audiences and channels.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing metrics and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
  • Confident, resilient, and proactive in proposing ideas and solutions.
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Confident learning about and researching new skills, products, markets, customers, and vendors.
Ideally have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Working Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management and account-based marketing.
