Responsible Marketing Advisory is looking for a senior social and influencer manager to help shape and scale best-in-class influencer, advocacy and social commerce programmes for a global portfolio in the FMCG or personal care and wellbeing space. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can set direction, build frameworks, guide markets and turn performance data into action. Based in London, this hybrid role is suited to someone with significant experience leading social and influencer marketing in a large organisation or agency environment.
What you’ll be doing…
- Define and evolve the social, influencer and advocacy strategy for a global portfolio, creating clear frameworks that markets can adopt.
- Lead measurement and optimisation approaches that demonstrate impact and improve social-first return on investment.
- Shape and support the social commerce roadmap, including creator-led commerce and affiliate models, to unlock growth opportunities.
- Identify emerging platforms, technologies and partnership models that can strengthen future marketing capability.
- Develop practical playbooks, guidance and standards to support consistent, high-quality execution across regions and brands.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve effectiveness, align priorities and embed social and influence into wider marketing transformation.
- Use analytics, social listening and performance insights to inform recommendations and decision-making.
- Lead multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment while maintaining clarity, pace and attention to detail.
