We’re looking for a senior strategic leader to shape the future of a global ad‑tech and programmatic ecosystem. Over a 9‑month engagement, you’ll partner with the Media Transformation Lead to define the global business strategy, establish governance and standards, create cross‑functional alignment, and prepare the organisation for a modern, scalable, privacy‑ready programmatic future. This is a pivotal role driving clarity, decision‑making, and strategic direction across product, engineering, data, procurement, and operations—while delivering crisp, business‑led strategic outputs that unlock long‑term growth.
What you’ll be doing…
- Sprint 1 (Months 1–3): Strategy, Requirements and June Deliverable
- Define and articulate the business‑led product strategy for the future ad‑tech ecosystem.
- Build the Business Requirements Document (BRD).
- Set prioritisation criteria.
- Create the Architecture Brief.
- Lead early decisions on integration, build‑vs‑buy, vendor strategies.
- Facilitate alignment across teams.
- Lead development of a 12–18 month global capability roadmap.
- Define global governance principles.
- Translate strategy into technical scoping packages.
- Create a global enablement toolkit.
- Shape the operationalisation blueprint.
- Prepare test markets for pilot activation.
About You…
You’re a senior strategic operator with deep experience in ad‑tech, programmatic media, marketing technology, or digital transformation. You thrive on simplifying complexity, driving aligned decision‑making, and developing business‑led frameworks that scale globally. Operate as the business‑side strategic owner of the ad‑tech/product vision, not as an engineering resource. Translate strategy into structured decision frameworks, business requirements, and cross‑functional alignment. Partner deeply with engineering, data, product and procurement without owning build activities. Communicate clearly with executives while simplifying complexity and driving decisions. Build globally‑scalable frameworks independent of individual markets or agencies. Deliver crisp, high‑quality strategic artifacts on tight timelines.
