Responsible Marketing Advisory is seeking a senior Communications professional who can deliver clear, consistent and engaging communications across a global marketing and media department. You will be a trusted communications partner to leadership, programme teams and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing structure, clarity and strong storytelling to complex information.
What you’ll be doing…
- Ghost-write communications on behalf of senior leaders and executives, including announcements, updates and stakeholder messages that reflect each individual’s voice and intent.
- Coordinate and draft communications across multiple concurrent programmes, managing timelines and ensuring consistent messaging throughout.
- Work closely with designers to produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations and visual communications that meet brand and storytelling standards.
- Develop and maintain communication templates, toolkits and process guides that drive consistency and efficiency across the department.
- Organise and coordinate programme meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing materials and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain a coherent narrative framework across programmes, ensuring communications connect to a clear departmental story.
- Manage communication schedules and plans, tracking milestones and deadlines across multiple workstreams.

- You have proven experience in internal communications, within a large, global or complex organisation.
- You are an exceptional writer with experience creating leadership communications, stakeholder updates or executive messages.
- You can coordinate communications across multiple projects or programmes at the same time, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
- You are confident adapting tone, style and format for different audiences, channels and levels of seniority.
- You enjoy collaborating with designers and creatives to turn written content into compelling visual formats.
- You are highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong eye for layout, visual hierarchy and presentation design.
- You bring excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- You are discreet, collaborative and professional when working with sensitive leadership communications.
