Our client is a growing people-focussed independent media agency helping big brands achieve big ideas. Filled with people who do things differently, they are on the lookout for a Paid Search Manager, who is looking to manage campaigns from the strategic planning side, through to execution including: campaign builds, optimisation and development.
- Work across multiple digital channels to support their Account Director and clients who are leading names across retail, property and charity sectors. This role is incredibly client-facing, so you will work with other specialists and the Client Services team to fully own the relationship
- Manage campaigns from start to finish, including campaign builds, copywriting and optimisation to deliver against briefs
- Produce reporting on a regular basis for internal and external use, ensuring this is up to date at all times
- Line manage a Senior Digital Executive who will help you deliver the above campaigns, being responsible for their workload and progression
- Work with internal teams such as Finance, Legal and Compliance and other specialists to deliver campaigns for clients
Previous experience required:
- Previous paid search, paid social and programmatic experience, gained within a media agency
- Experience using Google AdWords/Microsoft Search Ads, Meta Ads Manager, as well as MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
- Client facing skills, able to represent the needs of your clients internally, as well as the technical skills and high attention to detail needed
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible and agile with a can do attitude
- Keen to accelerate their career, wanting to contribute towards the growth of an exciting agency
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to inspire and motivate those around you
