Transforming media activation through automation, AI, and scaled use of technology partners. The Media Technology & Ad Operations Lead is responsible for redesigning and scaling media activation workflows through the application of automation, AI, and activation technologies. This role ensures campaigns are executed with speed, accuracy, and scalability, while maximising the value of key tech partners (e.g. Innovid, DoubleVerify, Smartly) to improve performance and operational efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the design of end-to-end activation workflows (setup, trafficking, QA, optimisation).
- Embed automation and AI (“agentic”) solutions into media operations.
- Drive efficiency improvements across: Campaign setup and trafficking; QA and compliance; Bid and budget management; Content deployment workflows.
- Own and scale the use of activation technology partners (e.g. Innovid, DoubleVerify, Smartly) across markets and agencies.
- Ensure technologies are embedded into workflows to improve: Speed to market; Quality and compliance; Content deployment and optimisation.
- Partner with platforms, agencies, and internal teams to scale workflow innovation.
- Ensure operational processes are robust, compliant, and globally scalable.
